Independent craft BBQ business based in rural South Georgia. Our meats are pit-smoked over pecan wood. Live fire—no pellets, no propane.

Along with our delicious smoked meats, we also offer house-ground, hand-rolled brisket burgers, which have actually started to outsell our bbq sandwiches!!

We have something for every pallet and have even been known to impress Vegan diners!!!
